Any and all data and electronic documents entered into Alexandria by The Customer will be visible and available to only The Customer. Occasionally, however, DDI's technical support staff may require access to The Customer's data in the course of isolating or resolving a problem. The Customer hereby grants permission for such access.

DDI (and the third-party web-hosting service, if applicable) recognize that The Customer's data is confidential and will not reveal, release, distribute or otherwise make it available to any third party except when legally required to do so by a court order, subpoena, or other legally recognized instrument, or when requested to do so by a recognized law enforcement agency.
