Alexandria ensures that only the current version of each document is available to users. Obsolete or superseded documents are flagged appropriately and access to them is automatically redirected to the appropriate replacement document. Hyperlinks to documents can be created and embedded in other documents, and Alexandria will always find and deliver the current version. Action requests, corrective and preventive, are generated, tracked, and controlled by Alexandria.
